I tested low on Vitamin D a year ago. Started taking 1 of these tablets per day, and 6 months later tested well into the normal range. Then I switched to a cheaper brand (same dose). 6 months later I again tested low. Clearly the cheaper brand was inferior, or not as bio-available as the Natural Products Vitamin D, so I switched back to Natural Products Vitamin D and will continue to use it.

I also heard about this brand from the James Altucher interview with Dr. Sanjiv Chopra, internist, professor and researcher at Harvard Medical School. I tested low for Vitamin D last October, so I took 2 of these tablets/day for several months, and recently tested well within the "normal" range. Dr. Chopra said he takes one/day for Vitamin D maintenance. That's what I'll start doing now.

After listening to a podcast with James Altucher interviewing Dr. Chopra, these vitamin D 3 tablets came highly recommended. I have been taking them for a while now and have noticed just how simple they are to swallow, being a very small tablet., not a large oil capsule like most of the other brands.
